Self care is not only what we do – the activities we do to feel better, it is a state of mind. A way of thinking about ourselves, valuing ourselves enough to commit to our own wellbeing. 

A world in which self care has to be such a buzzword is a world that is unwell and out of balance. Perhaps you have noticed?! It is completely natural that we are unable to maintain a level of joy and wellbeing when we are connected to a world that is sick.

In the experiential self care journey, you will:
  • take a health check on where you are at in your life
  • explore what self care is for you
  • understand your personal flags and warning signs when things are out of balance
  • prioritise your focus and 
  • create a powerful but achievable Self Care Plan
We commence the workshop with a full 25 minute breathwork session. Breathwork is an amazing tool to support self care and will assist you to drop into the zone for the processes.
