This online at-home retreat will support you to really look after yourself and come back into your centre.

Over 7 days, you'll go on a journey of self discovery, inspiration and deep self care. 

Transform your life through powerful processes, contemporary breathwork, accessible yoga and other somatic practices, sound healing, self reflection, deep journeys, and so much more.

You will move, breathe and get more connected with your True North.

The Online Retreat

Your 'care package' includes five new daily practices:
  • Create Your Day - short in-bed meditations to help you to vision the best version of you for the day and support your day to unfold with ease and flow. 
  • Start Right - somatic activities to energise your body, optimise your focus and mental clarity. 
  • Be Inspired - reflection and meditation practices on a specific philosophical point. Explore the concept through embodied integrative practices.  
  • Deep Dive - the 'signature dish' for the day. Do these practices at any time during the day or night where you are able to have space to integrate and rest afterwards. These are powerful journeys.
  • Create Your Night - short in-bed meditations to let go of the day and go into sleep prepared for a deep sleep.  
Your daily commitment is between 1-2 hours. Of course, you can always take it bit a slower as you need or dial it up and do your favourites again. 

We've made the online course easy to navigate with quality video and audio formats. 

The whole retreat is available for 90 days with all of the audio practices downloadable and yours to keep.

This is radical self care! At times like this - it is so valuable to be intentional about how we care for ourselves. 

The practices you receive over the 7 days are intended to become part of your daily toolkit and fully integrated into your life.

This is not just a feel-good retreat! Where you feel amazing and commit to keeping it all up (and then it all falls away a few days after the retreat finishes). This is a journey for life.

Immerse yourself for the week - or take it slower - go at your pace. Fit it in with your lifestyle!

What to Expect
The day is bookended with powerful practices - your day starts with a short breathwork meditation to do in bed before you even get up to create your day. 

This is followed by little more dynamic movement practices (like yoga, Qigong and myofascial release). These practices are great as a pick-me-up through day. Practice anytime!

Each day there is a reflection with a key theme and a short meditation that you can do in the daytime. Perhaps after lunch when focus levels are low and a reset is needed.

Then unique, empowering journeys are done in the day or the evening. The day is finished off with a night cap - an in-bed meditation to let go of the day and go into a restful sleep.   

Essential  Practices
We know that people don’t always have the time to delve deeply into all areas so we have stripped back and distilled the essence of the practices into easily assimilated components. In total, the practices each day will take 1–2 hours on average. Make the time for you.

This is a practice of radical self care. 
 
Commit to the process and you will come away from the retreat feeling reinvigorated, having pressed the reset button, and with solid tools in your toolkit for your own ongoing internal resilience and mental health.

Who Is This Retreat For?

We have developed Body 2 Soul for you!

We're not going to give you the usual marketing spiel about what's wrong with you and how this retreat is going to magically fix it. 

This is an offering from our hearts to yours.  We have spent a lifetime exploring the most effective and powerful practices that work for us - and we want to share them with you. You are warmly invited to join us on this journey. 

Beginners to experienced practitioners are welcome. Whether you are new to yoga and meditation practices or a seasoned player - this offering caters across the spectrum of experience and fitness levels. And no - you don't have to be flexible to do yoga!  

These are evidence-based, trauma-informed practices. While there is a structure and framework for the retreat, you take things as you need to through the week. Fundamental to these types of practices is really listening to yourself and recognising your unique Yes and No. 

These practices are intended for a range of experience and fitness levels, but if you have injuries that you are working with or a condition that you think might impact your practice please consult your doctor. Listen to your body's needs and when in doubt - don't.

Create Your Day

Join Rebecca Passey for a 15min in-bed morning meditation and breathwork practice from Day 6 to create your day in a powerful and focused way.

Deep Rest and Relaxation

This practice is a profound interoceptive journey. Dive deep into your own body through mindful self awareness. 
This goes for 30 minutes. Turn your phone on 'Do Not Disturb' and make sure that you have some space afterwards to just be. Get comfy and take some time for you!

The Why?

Times like these take courage. And the commitment to one’s own mental health and resilience. It is too easy to follow the mind down the rabbit hole in our interactions and engagement with the world. 

We take it on. We really do.

We don’t need to be told about how the world is chaotic – so much is obvious right now.  What we believe folk need is radical self care. Not the bubble bath type self care but a real commitment to doing the work required to stay well, keep on point, take care of ourselves in our own unique way, and stay connected to the community through these times. 

Justine Janssen

Justine is a Lead Facilitator for Body 2 Soul. She is a highly regarded Australian senior yoga teacher, mentor, and coach. Her approach is masterful – using intelligent sequencing, skilful cueing and powerful healing assists. Justine teaches from an embodied wisdom, weaving integrated philosophy into her teaching to create a transformational experience for students.
 
In 2009, Justine co-founded Canberra’s largest yoga studio Power Yoga Canberra. She brings a wealth of experience including training with Sarah Powers (Insight Yoga), Jo Phee, Power Living Australia Yoga and Baptiste Yoga and has facilitated Power Yoga. She has led 200hr and 85hr yoga teacher training through Power Yoga Canberra and Embody Wellbeing.

In 2020, she launched The Remedy - a revolutionary experience combining a range of techniques. 
 
Justine is the co-founder of Embody Wellbeing.

Rebecca Passey

Rebecca is a yoga and meditation teacher,  breathworker, group facilitator and intuitive healer. She has a broad background including from the government, legal, community and higher education sectors. Her own personal journey of transformation provides the foundation of her teaching. She works with deep empathy for the human experience in all its flavours.

Rebecca completed her first 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2006 with Radiant Light Yoga and has undertaken additional training through Power Yoga Canberra and Power Living Australia Yoga. She is a level 1 iRest teacher and developed the Integration Body Movement program. Over the past few years she has designed and facilitated accredited 200hr yoga teacher training and other professional development courses for teachers.

As the Director of Embody and Lead Facilitator, Rebecca develops and facilitates programs workshops, training and retreats working with sound, breathwork, movement, plants, essential oils and vibrational medicine.
 
In recent years, she has worked with a broad range of people - refugees, First Nations communities, at-risk youth, veterans, people who have just been released from prison, in AOD recovery. Rebecca has a strong interest in trauma focused practices and areas.
 
Rebecca is passionate about the embodied experience of awakening in this extraordinary time we find our self in and transforming the mental health paradigm through ancient and contemporary practices.

Embody Wellbeing

Embody Wellbeing is an organisation committed to personal and collective transformation. The philosophy of Embody Wellbeing includes learning to access and awaken all aspects – physical embodiment, working with emotions, refining and expanding the mind and connecting with higher consciousness. 
 
Expressions of self are acknowledged, accepted and integrated. Taking this comprehensive approach, we can increase presence in each moment to deepen the experience, to access inner wisdom and more fully embody compassion to respond to life in an empowered way.
